By participating in the Cashback Bonus Campaign, Users agree to these Terms as outlined herein, and consistent with any other terms „Klear Lending“ AD applies.

Organizer of the campaign
„Klear Lending“ AD with address: 1784 Sofia, Bulgaria, 115 M Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd., European Trade Center, Building D, 1st Floor, hereinafter referred to as “KLEAR”. -
Campaign period
The campaign starts on 01.11.2023 and ends on 31.12.2023. -
Definitions
- User is a person registered and approved as an investor by Klear.
- Wallet is the place in Klear’s platform where the money available to invest by the User is displayed.
- Cashback Bonus is the amount of money that the User receives as a bonus for participating in the Cashback Bonus Campaign. It is transferred to the Wallet of the User after the end of the campaign.
- Investor Dashboard is the place where the User can see all details of his/her investor profile at Klear.
- Outstanding is the amount of money that the User has currently invested.

The Cashback Bonus campaign
- The monthly Cashback Bonus is 0.75%. Therefore, the highest accumulative percentage for the Cashback Bonus that a user can earn for the whole campaign is 1.5%.
- The Cashback Bonus is limited to 200 BGN per User.
- Cashback Bonus is calculated daily and is displayed on the investor dashboard.
- Cashback Bonus is calculated only on the additional amount of money added and invested during the Campaign Period.
- The money invested before 01.11.2023 is not eligible for Cashback Bonus, as well as the money added to the Wallet during the campaign that is not invested.

The exact formula for the calculation of the daily Cashback Bonus is the following:
0.02459% multiplied by the difference between User’s outstanding on the day and User’s outstanding on 01.11.2023. If the difference between User’s outstanding on the day and User’s outstanding on 01.11.2023 is negative or equals 0, the daily cashback bonus is 0. 0.02459% is the result of dividing 1.5% by 61, the number of days of the campaign. - If a User withdraws part or all of his/her money before the end of the campaign, he/she will not lose the Cashback Bonus that is accumulated up to the moment of withdraw.
- The Cashback Bonus will be transferred to the User’s Wallet in a single payment within 7 (seven) days from 31.12.2023 on condition that the amount accumulated during the campaign period is at least 10 BGN, otherwise the Cashback Bonus will be cancelled and will not be paid.
- Klear shall be fully responsible for the calculation and payment of all taxes arising from the Cashback Bonus obtained by the User as a result of his/her participation in the Cashback Bonus campaign. All bonuses will be paid to the Users after tax and other deductions have been done by Klear.

Other
- Klear reserves the right to deny any Cashback Bonus if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or does not comply with any of these Terms or any other agreements that apply to Users.
- Users should be aware of the risks they take before they start investing on Klear’s platform.
